Spanish Pasta Better Than Italian Pasta?

Spanish Pasta Ingredients
- 100 grams of flour
- 300 grams of wheat semolina
- 4 eggs
- Just a bit of olive oil (2 spoons maximum)
- And of course, the best pasta machine ever… Mamma mia!

How to prepare fresh Spanish pasta
The first step is to mix all the ingredients for 15 minutes by your hands.
Mix the flour, wheat, and eggs altogether, and add two spoons of olive oil.
Keep it in the fridge
After mixing and obtaining a homogeneous dough, you have to place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Use transparent film so the moisture does not go away.

Using the Marcato Atlas 150 pasta machine
After obtaining the pasta dough, you are ready to use the pasta extruder!
This machine offers a lot of fantastic options: You can roll and cut the pasta dough and make spaghetti or fettuccine (wider spaghetti).
It includes a pasta cutter, press, and a 10-year warranty.
This pasta maker has worked great for us!

Preparation with the Marcato Atlas 150 Pasta machine
Firstly, you have to cut a small portion of the pasta dough and add a bit of flour on it.
Then, you will have to pass it over and over through the machine until you get a thin sheet of pasta.
Finally, you have to pass it through the cutter roller to obtain fettuccine or spaghetti.

Cooking the best Spanish pasta
Finally, boil water into a saucepan. Once it starts to boil, add a bit of salt and the pasta. Let it cook for only 2 or 3 minutes.
Then, you can finish the recipe by cooking the sauce and other ingredients. Prepare it as you wish: with fried meat and fried tomato, with oil and pepper, cheese, etc.
