Learn how to make the tasty rice in the Spanish way. You just need rice with a short dimension, olive oil and parsley. You can add some extra ingredients such as seafood to give it more flavour. The Spanish rice will never disappoint you. Forget about the tasteless rice and start eating the food that you deserve!

INGREDIENTS (For 4 people):

  • 200 grams of rice

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • Parsley

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

Step 1.

Fry the 3 garlic cloves in olive oil. Cook them. After that, add the rice and the parsley. Thereafter add the salt as you wish.

Step 2.

Finally, add the water.

The proportion should be 2.5 times of water for 1 of rice.

Step 3.

Let it cook and try not to move it too much. Wait until the water is evaporated and you will have it.
