I always cook one of these cakes when I am in a hurry
I made this and it didn’t turn brown or anything and it was really runny and doesn’t look as good at the picture.
I think that you probably missed the cup of flour 🙁
This cake is a total liquid mess. There is way too much liquid in the recipe. I have been baking it for close to 90 minutes and the middle is like soup. Ugh… so disappointing.
Mmm when putting the mixture in the oven at 170ºC for 30 minutes, you have to program the oven in a way that the heat is released from the upper and below parts.
Add another egg, the reason why it can be fluffy is because the eggs you add were small
