Spanish chicken recipe
For this meal first you must cut the chicken into big/medium pieces and cover them with flour. Put them into the sauce pan and let them fry in olive oil for 5 minutes. Once they have being fried until they have a golden color, take them out and reserve them in a plate.
In the meantime, peel 4 carrots and 1 onion, cut them into pieces and fry them in the same sauce pan with the rest of the oil.
Fry the carrots and later the onions, in this way the sauce will be yummier. If you wish you can also add a tablet of flavor booster in the sauce pan.
Once the onion and the carrots have been cooked, add a big spoon of fried tomato.
At the very end of the preparation of the Spanish sauce, you must add the chicken previously cooked, and 200 ml of white wine and 200 ml of water.
